Competing with Women Self-Forgiveness: micro blog from Desteni Universe

For most of my life I have existed in a competition for survival, with men and women, but mostly with other women - competing at work, over men, in social circles - and I have had enough. A world of competition and survival is NOT a world I want to leave for the children to come, but instead one where we work together as ONE humanity with the shared goals of doing What's Best for All, supporting SELF and each other, and lifting each other up instead of beating each other down.
Some layers in this programming I have noticed are:

Competition in Subtle Moments
Inferior/Superior Polarity
Fearing Equality

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate within and as superiority and inferiority with others in my world, specifically women and from a starting point of fear of survival, where I see women as my competition whom I must be better than in order to find a mate, secure a job and survive, instead of uniting and supporting other woman as myself, and lifting others up with me as I support myself to change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate in competition with others, thus perpetuating a world of competition, power struggles, fighting, war, devastation and destruction, because at it's core, it all has the same programing of competition and survival, and I can no longer be a part and contribution to that, because I see/realize/understand that there is another way that can benefit everyone and not just some/the few/the winners.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear humility and equality because I have built my ego to feel greater than others from a starting point of inferiority, where I live In Fear of everything and everyone as I have spent my time building my EGO as me, instead of building mySELF, the substance of me, my actions in the physical, wherein the EGO has no ground to stand upon, and can crumble and fall with a hint of a wisp of energy, whereas a SELF that is REAL stands unwavering, unmoved, untouchable, Here, Physical, Equal, Fearless, Humble.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear humility and equality because I perceive that it takes away my ability to be better than others, and that, without that ability, I will be left to face the truth of me, that within myself I feel inferior and less-than, and that I need to fight to prove and validate to everyone outside of myself that this is not the case, instead of embracing me, the reality of me in this moment - flaws and all, and rather than continuing to fight, taking the first steps towards letting go of all ideas about myself I held/hold in high esteem, and humbly and consistently returning to nothingness to build myself again, for real, Here.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want/need/desire to be able to participate in the inferiority/superiority polarity because it gives me the option to think/believe/perceive that I am better than others and therefor I will survive, and for those moments when I do gives my ego the feeling of security and distracts me from the truth of my self-belief of inferiority, instead of seeing, realizing and understanding that All are equal in this process of Life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to hang on to my insecurities by participating within and as ‘superiority’ because when I do, I feel positive energy within the experience that I am better, of value and worth, and experience myself as not needing to change, instead of actually changing in such a way where I develop a living expression of self-value and self-worth in thought, word and deed, wherein I can then become the living word ‘humility’ and realize the equality that is Here, and stop participating in the competition that stems from the ‘inferiority’/’superiority’ polarity.

The Secrets of Divorce: Fear # 2

http://img1.etsystatic.com/001/0/5962228/il_fullxfull.355959781_hl1m.jpg

Within this blog I am picking up where I left off in my post with the first fear: Day 168- What Happens to Marriages? I am moving systematically through the fears I am facing within leaving my 10 year marriage and facing the world head on, alone, for the first time.

For reference, also read: Day 176- The Secrets of Divorce

Fear # 2: What if I Do Not Find Another Before It’s Too Late?

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear that I won’t find another partner before ‘it’s too late.’

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to imagine that there is a specific time in life when it’s ‘too late’ to find a partner, and then fear that specific yet undefined time, thus, I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to fear my own fear.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that if I’m not young/youthful that men won’t like me or won’t want to be with me.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to place my value and worth in my youth/youthfulness, instead of placing it in Who I Am as Life, as my thoughts, words and deeds.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think that I need to ‘catch’ a mate with my physical picture presentation, thus I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive my picture presentation needs to be desirable, otherwise I will not get another partner.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe or perceive that it is acceptable to base a relationship upon judgment in the mind based on the picture presentation of a human being, instead of considering the entirety of the being and Who They Are.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that it is acceptable for myself to be with a partner that wants to be with me based solely upon my picture presentation, having not considered the entirety of myself and Who I Am.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that no one will want to be with me if I’m older, and I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that older women are less desirable, and therefore, less ‘loveable’.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to want, need, desire to be ‘loved’, thus separating myself from self-love, and placing ‘love’ outside myself, as someone else’s responsibility, thus creating the fear within me, that I may not receive it, instead of realizing that love is something I give to myself, first, and once I love myself, I can share myself with another fully and unconditionally.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that I NEED a mate in this life.

I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to think/believe/perceive that the point of life is to gain a mate and ‘be loved,’ and ‘be happy’, instead of seeing, realizing and understanding that I can be my own point of life, completing myself, wherein sharing myself would become something unconditional, without wanting, needing or desiring some experience or fulfillment from another, which is an impossible condition that no one can live up to or give another, if they are not willing to give it to themselves first.

To be continued…

Day 176- The Secrets of Divorce: Rebounding

http://l.yimg.com/ea/img/-/100903/girl_dumped_240-16811ve.jpg

Within this blog I am picking up where I left off in my post: Day 168- What Happens to Marriages? I am moving systematically through the fears I am facing within leaving my long-term relationship and facing the world head on, alone, for the first time.

In my short history of dating, I fell into the familiar pattern of moving from one relationship to the next with very little (if any) time in between. I would always feel empowered, rejuvenated, comforted and safe when entering into a new relationship, especially after having just left one. I would come up with the thought/perception/idea/belief that, “this time will be different,” “this one will work out,” “this time I will be happy.” Within these internal conversations I was creating the belief that A) Relationships are supposed to fulfill me and make me ‘happy’, and B) That the ‘problem’ wasn’t me, but was rather ‘not being with the right guy’.

Within now leaving my relationship and committing myself to first clear my starting point before considering another relationship, I have, for the first time, understood the experience/causes of the experience/outflows of the concept of ‘rebound’. This occurred at first when I started putting down on paper what it is that I’m going through within leaving my relationship and being alone. It’s interesting how, when you don’t take things out of your mind, and put them on paper (or a word document), they can really generate and grow and develop beliefs/idea/perceptions/etc, beneath the general level of internal awareness, Moreover, these thoughts/ideas/perceptions/beliefs/etc, can actually be/become the basis and foundation of some pretty serious life decisions. It is a pretty scary thought to consider that important life choices are being made based on pre-conceived notions created from all these subconscious thoughts/internal conversations.  And we are creating and generating these without really investigating what they are, or how we got to them. They can even become a force that directs us, wherein we have no real understanding of our impulses, preferences and even in some cases our actual actions. Without truly investigating and discovering exactly what it is we are accepting and allowing within ourselves: are we not binding ourselves to make the same mistakes, each time, over and over again?

As an example of the internal processes that I have discovered are going on within myself, leading me to understand the concept of ‘rebound’, I will take the list of fears that I wrote out from my post : Day 168- What Happens to Marriages?, and I will paste it here, and then follow the list with how I have experienced this in relation to ‘rebounding’:

Fears:

I fear losing someone that loves and cherishes me.
I fear I won’t find another before it’s too late.
I fear I won’t be missed.
I fear being rejected.
I fear not being wanted, needed and desired
I fear losing the projection of the future I had created/not having a projection of a future anymore.
I fear losing the image I had created for myself, of ‘who I was’ in a relationship.
I fear facing jealousy.
I fear sharing what I had, what was ‘all mine’.
I fear I’ve made a mistake.

So what are the two choices as potential solutions that would solve all of these fears? The first one, and the one I see my mind drifting off to when and as I accept/allow the fear and insecurities creep in, is to plunge back into another relationship immediately: I would be loved again, wanted again, needed and desired again, cherished again, not alone anymore, taken care of, etc…

On the other hand, I could take apart and dismantle these fears, both with simple common sense, and also with the practical application of stopping the thoughts in awareness, and replacing them with actually giving myself that which I fear to loose or face. For an example on how I will do this, read Day 168- What Happens to Marriages? and/or simply follow my blog, or any of the ‘Journey to Life’ blogs which you can find by googling ‘Journey to Life’.

I have found myself strongly desiring to enter into another relationship, especially when things become more difficult, for example, when I feel alone/lonely, and when I start projecting my fears into the future. Leaving a relationship is upsetting, even if it wasn’t a healthy relationship. Both my partner and I know that this break is beneficial to the both of us. We have discussed it at length and have come to a mutual understanding and agreement that correction of the problems is beyond us at this point. Regardless, the separation is a huge change, and change is not something that is easy, as it is walking into the unknown.

This is also where ‘rebounding’ has come into play for me. The thought of walking into the unknown terrifies me, and I find myself instead creating these ideas of entering into a relationship with another partner and creating fantasies of what it would be like, what my life would be like and how happy I would then be. These fantasies are WAY more appealing than the reality of my situation, which is absolute alon eness, with only myself to depend on.

The reality is that we are in fact absolutely alone. At birth, at death, and in our minds. I endeavor to become comfortable and stable within this aloneness, because the only other alternative is to appease and sedate the anxieties, insecurities and fears that stem from this aloneness with tries and attempts to live out fantasies that only ever really existed in the mind. I endeavor to become comfortable and strong within this aloneness, building and creating myself to be able to make clear decisions from within it, and see those decisions through.

I will continue within my next blog, as I walk through the fears and everything else that I am carrying as a result of leaving my relationship, and clearing my starting point of entering into an agreement of two equal partners.
